VYT discovers and designs technology strategies to address your organization’s unique business concerns and achieve long-term goals.
Discovery
VYT explores your business’s day-to-day operations as well as long term goals for profitability, efficiency, safety, and employee well-being. This research allows VYT to gather the information needed to formulate the right combination of hardware, software, and services to achieve your business goals while staying within your budget.
Recommendation
VYT will deliver designs and product recommendations for each of the requested solutions. The initial presentation will be reviewed with your team, requested changes in configurations documented, and pricing confirmed that it is within budget.
Demonstration
Demonstrations will be provided for the technologies proposed. Manufacturer and vendor representatives for each technology will present a hands-on demonstration personalized to your business’s unique applications. Updated designs will also be delivered at this time.
Deployment
VYT acts as your technology general contractor. Once all designs and the proposal have been approved for deployment, a milestone schedule will be put in place. VYT coordinates all installations in a manner that ensures the subcontractors are installing their technologies in a sequence that results in a timely transition to all new solutions. Training for all staff members is provided for individuals and groups, customized to the needs of your staff.
